The CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions) and By-Laws, are Official Legal Documents of the Raeburn Homeowners Association. The CC&R's set rules / guidelines that homeowners are expected to follow in the care, upkeep, and operation of their homes and properties. The HOA By-Laws are rules that govern the operation of the Raeburn HOA and Board of Directors.
In addition to the Official Documents of the HOA, there are other Rules / Regulations & Ordinances from Local, State, and Federal authorities that also apply to the community. From time to time, the Board may post some of those regulations deemed applicable to past or present community situations.
