Raeburn Pool Policies

Residents must use fob or app to enter pool area.
No profanity, no running, no fighting, no weapons.
No smoking or vaping.
No glass.

Residents must accompany and are responsible for their guest.
Resident and Guest may be refused entry due to sickness, skin abrasions or wearing of bandages.
Parents are responsible for their children to use toilet facilities when necessary.
The wading pool is restricted to children 5 years of age and younger.
Children in the wading pool or wading pool area must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Children are not permitted in the pool, on the edge of the pool or on pool steps during adult swim.
Children not potty trained must wear swim diaper with swim pants.
No floats allowed in roped off deep wend of pool.
No hanging on buoy ropes or lane markers.
No food or drink in pool.
Alcohol consumption is allowed for people 21 years of age or older. Person must have valid ID to prove age if asked.
Resident/Guest should not engage lifeguard in conversation while lifeguard is on duty. This presents a risk to swimmers.
Children under the age of 14 years and non swimmers will not be allowed in the pool without parent or guardian supervision.
Lifeguards will enforce all rules and regulations, and if necessary, violators will be asked to leave.
Diving – board rules – One person on the board at a time, wait until the diver has cleared the area before jumping.
