Welcome to Raeburn

Founded in 1984, the Raeburn HOA was established to provide guidelines and restrictions, and to create a platform for homeowners and residents to voice their concerns and work together to improve our neighborhood.

Raeburn has over 11 acres of common area. 

The outdoor pool has 2 diving boards and lane lines for summer swim team. The tennis courts are used for both tennis & pickleball. The Athletic Field has a track & ballfield for exercise and play. There are 3 separate playgrounds located throughout the subdivision, plus walking trails and sidewalks. The HOA dues pay for both maintenance and landscaping.

We encourage all residents to get involved and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, helping with projects, attending HOA meetings, or simply staying informed. Your participation is valuable and appreciated.
